Custom Options
-
Handle Hole
An optional handle hole can be added to any side you specify. The standard handle hole is cut 7/8-inches from the outer edge and centered. The typical dimensions of the handle hole are 6-inches by 1-inch with rasped edges for safety. These handle hole dimensions can however be customized to fit your specific needs. If you would like a customized handle hole or multiple handle holes please contact us by phone or email before submitting your order online.
-
Juice Grooves
The drip well, or juice groove, is particularly helpful when preparing raw or cooked meats. The groove is neatly machined inside the perimeter of the cutting board and acts as a reservoir for fats and juices saving you from messy run-off on your countertop or table. If you would like a customized drip well please contact us by phone or email before submitting your order online.

Edge Types
Standard:
Our standard edge features a soft square profile that is familiar to cutting board users. The edges are rasped to remove the sharp corners making it safer for narrow kitchens and prep counters.
Full-Bullnose:
The full-bullnose edge is rounded on both sides and perfect for traditional kitchens. Boards with this edge are easy to lift off a flat counter. The curved finish is not only functional but is aesthetically perfect for customers who have a softer more classic kitchen design. If you require only some edges (instead of all 8) rounded please contact us by phone or email before submitting your order online.
Half-Bullnose:
The half-bullnose edge is rounded on one side and flat on the other. This configuration offers great runoff if you are going to be cutting over a sink or tub. It is ideal for customers who want the functionality of restaurant grade equipment with a utilitarian profile. If you require only some edges (instead of 4) rounded please contact us by phone or email before submitting your order online.
-
Corner-Radius
The corner radius describes the dimension of rounded corners. The standard corner is no radius, or square. A corner radius is useful in high traffic areas where you want to avoid sharp contact points. If you require only some corners (instead of all 4) rounded please contact us by phone or email before submitting your order online.
